Kawasaki CLS racer, Jeremy Van Horebeek has notched up another podium at the French Elite Motocross championship held under sunny skies  in Pernes les Fontaine.

Racing against a combined field of 450 and 250 machines, ‘The Jerre’ scored consistent results in all 3 moto’s to finish 3rd overall in the MX2 class behind fellow team-mate Frossard and reigning world champ Marvin Musquin.

Having won the Spanish Grand Prix last year, Van Horebeek is no stranger to hard pack circuits however competing against French home heroes has been challenging but good experience for the upcoming World championship series which kicks off in Bulgaria on the 4th April.

Jeremy Van Horebeek: ‘We did some training in South of France between Sommières and Pernes, but that’s not enough to be competitive against the Frenchies who are borne on these tracks. I felt more and more comfortable through the weekend; the hardest period for me is the first ten minutes, then I’m always stronger. Now we’ve to work on my start, here it’s always tough against the 450’
